Legal Question in Immigration Law in Philippines
Family immigration
Hi. I filled a petion to my two son who wasn't able to migrate with us due to over age. Now that the petion got approved, one of my son is now married with children. What can I do in this situation. Will my son still get a visa granted now that he's married?

Re: Family immigration
Your married son can still get an immigration visa. However, you may have to complete documentation disclosing his change of status.
