Legal Question in Immigration Law in Philippines
my fiance arrived here in Philippines last Feb.27, and he told me that he got 2 months visa, but we are surprise when we visit Immigration office to extend his visa. they told us that he is overstay already and we need to pay penalty. my question is can he pay his penalty at the airport on the 27 of May?
