How to file declaration of nullity of marriage?
I did not know that when my fiancee married me that he was marrried to another woman in the Philippines. What are the documents I need to submit for filing a declaration of nullity of marriage. Will that cost me anything?

You need to present the marriage certificate of your husband with his first wife and your marriage certificate. You would incur legal fees of course.
