Legal Question in Immigration Law in Philippines

Hello. I have a foreigner boyfriend and we've been together for 8 months. I'm Filipino and he's British. He can't visit me here in the Philippines coz he is blacklisted so everytime we want to see each other, we would go to Thailand to meet. The reason why he is blacklisted was his filipino ex-girlfriend tells immigration that he wanted to kill her and we just found out from someone that she bribe one of the immigration officer. They lived together for 6 months but not married. When they broke up, she steal papers of the house and lot and also the car coz she has access of the house, She did that while my fiance was in UK. I want to know if he still can get his house and lot back. I also want to know coz we've already tried 2 different attys to get his papers back and also to lift his name but nothing happens and it's been 7 months.he spent lots of money for his attys but nothing happens. How long will it take to lift ur name if ur blacklisted?

If the house & lot and the car are registered in the name of the Filipino girlfriend then he cannot recover the said house & lot and the car. However, if the car is in the name of your boyfriend then he can still recover it by filing appropriate cases against this Filipina girlfriend. It will take time to lift the blacklisting.
