good day to you sir,
i have a bf in california usa and i am here living in manila philippines, and he want to get me here through Fiancee visa but the issue is i am separated and not annuld yet...is it possible to complete the petition for my fiancee visa? thanks and more power - angel

You have to seek the declaration of nullity of your marriage before you can qualify for a fiancee visa.
