K-1 visa
Since I filed the K-1 visa my fiance and I decided to get married before coming to America is there a way to change the K-1 to a K-3 We decided since we have been together for 3 years to marry so her family can be at the wedding... Is this a problem now... K-1 was filed two mths ago.

You need to withdraw your K-1 Petition (Petition for Alien Fiancee) and file another petition, this time a K-3 Petition.
