Re: Labor/Immigration question

A non-Filipino citizen can own and run a business in the Philippines subject only to compliance with the requirements of law pertaining to the percentage of the business that must be Filipino owned. The percentage depends upon the nature of the business you intend to set up. For further queries, you may email us [email protected].

Re: Labor/Immigration question

As a general rule, a non-Filipino Citizen can own and run a business in the Philippines. There is an exception to this rule though and that is, a foreigner cannot be the sole owner of businesses classified as nationalized industries like businesses involve in retail trade, development of natural resources and mass media.
