Legal Question in Immigration Law in Philippines
What are the legal grounds for Blacklisting a foreigner.? Is failure to comply payment of school pay for his sponsored child (he personally enrolled to private school) can be aground? for which that action had humiliated and affects the emotional side of the child being embarrased to be pull out from that school back to public school, becasue of failure of a foreigner to comply his promise?
Is it a child law vilolation?
