Legal Question in Immigration Law in Philippines
I lost my expired Philippine passport with us visa and I have the renew passport. I don't know where in my house or in my office.. I know this very important documents I have not even use it for the past 5 years. This is a multiple visa I have still 5 years to renew it.. I have read that I will submit an affidavit of loss stating the circumstancces where and when. I don't know exactly where and when.. I don't know what to do... Is it possible if I will reapply the non immigrant visa I might not be approved or points against me? Thank you,

You can inform the US Embassy that you lost your passport b y submitting your affidavit. Their records will show that you have been granted a multiple visa.
