Legal Question in Immigration Law in Philippines
does it mean i need to have a parental consent letter for marriage?with my age of 24? because my man is asking for that,is that consent needed for me to be married, since we are planning to be married in Australia and i am a Filipina? And is that consent needed to get a visa?

You don't need parental consent.Only parental advice. Your are already 24. Only those between the age of 18 and 21 needs parental consent to get married.
