where could we update the tourist visa and the where should we pay for the penalties for overstaying

Hello:
There is no penalty to pay. At this point, you cannot change or extend status if you are out of status and will become subject to the 3/10 year bar if you are unlawfully present long enough. Please contact me for more information.
