Legal Question in Immigration Law in Philippines
My work never filed my papers
Hello, i work for an american outsourcing company, and i am an american citizen. I work and live in the philippines at the moment. the company never filed my work visa here when i started working, and now i might be in trouble. i could owe the local government at lot of money in fees. i want to know what can i do to my company in order to fix this. this has cost my time, my money, put a strain on my family. im not trying to be rude or mean or anything, but they have my neck right now. i would like their's in return if its possible. thanks
