Legal Question in Immigration Law in Philippines
i was working before in dubai in one of the construction company, our company is greatly affected by the crisis and i was forced to resign because our salary is delayed for a month already that time. I wanna know if i am included in the blacklist by the immigration. Thank you!

Hello:
this by itself would not be a reason to blacklist you. You will either qualify or not qualify for a visa to the U.S.
