tHE MARRIAGE CONTRACT OF MY PARENTS COULD NOT BE LOCATED INSPIYTE OF DELIGENT SEARCH, WHAT LEGAL FORM COULD REPLACE THE LOSS?

The marriage contract even if loss can be certified true copied from the records of the National Census Statistics Office and/or the local civil registrar. Should it not appear in any of the two agencies, the probability of actual marriage celebration conduction is less, meaning your parents may not actually be married with one another.
