Legal Question in Insurance Law in Philippines

I've been working in a call center company and when i left the company for almost 10 months and went to SSS. I found out that the company did not submit my SSS contributions but they've been deducting it monthly to my salary. Ive kept all my pay slips. Please tell me what to do coz I've asking them and going back and forth to the company and its been almost 1 year and 4 months now abd i haven't receive any feed back from them and the problem has not been resolve yet. Thank you!

You can file a criminal case for non-remittance of your SSS contribution against the owners of the company.
