Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Philippines
i'm trying to fill out a copyright information form, to copyright our audio collection. this is a collection of audio samples and fieldnotes about indegenous music gathered by our researchers from different philippine ethnic groups. these were gathered until 1989. can we apply for copyright to our collection? how do we apportion the rights based on authorship?
