Legal Question in Employment Law in Philippines
I am an Appointment setter from the Philippines and was hired by a US employer from Maryland last 6/27/10 and agreement was I will be paid every 2 weeks after the previous payday. But i was not paid for the hours i worked from 7/29/10 to 8/29/10, he owes me $913.50 and he does not have plans of paying me. The last time I got paid was 7/28/10. What can I do?

If you are here in the Philippines it would be useless to file a case against this employer for lack of jurisdiction.
