You have to follow the rules and not to misinterpret the provisions of your contract. But before you can be suspended the company should comply with the procedure of giving you notice of the administrative charges involving tardiness, gives you the opportunity to explain and attend an administrative investigation. Then a decision can be issued depending on whether it was substantiated that you committed the infractions.
