Legal Question in Employment Law in Philippines
what can i do if i have a binding contract with a company due to trainings, and entitles me to work for the company for several years and failed to do that and just didnt go to work, and now the company sends me a letter that if i dont pay the said cost of training, they will sue me, what can i do then
