Legal Question in Employment Law in Philippines
Hi, maybe this is a little bit a newbie question.. But here goes, last month i applied for a job and got a first call after a week or so. at that time the company needs my requirements,etc. after 2-3 days i have done my medical exams and pay for it. After a week again the company calls that i am fit to work but they said that i have to wait for a while & they kept me hanging. And still i haven't sign any contract yet, then after a month i call them on what is my status but unfortunately their decision changes. and they said that they have to look for other applicants. i was like "so thats it!? After of all that!? i even spend some money,they waste my time & even cancel my other job interviews just for it.. So the point is do i get any justice from what happen? Pls. i just wanna clear my mind...if theres nothing i can do then its really sad....i hope someone can help me thanks =)

If you can prove that the company already accepted you for the job then you can sue them for damages for abuse of rights. But this will entail cost for you.
