Legal Question in Employment Law in Philippines
Hi, a company that's about to hire me wants a bond of 500,000 for me to stay for 3 years. The thing is they're also asking for a collateral such as a car or property. Is this legal? What kind of alternative arrangement can I propose to ensure them that their trade secrets are safe? I really need the job...
