Legal Question in Employment Law in Philippines

I was dismissed by the company from the account, without enough evidence regarding the case filed against me. When all those with the same cases was able to return to work. I felt there was not enough support from my supervisor. I learned to let it go.

Then when I did my clearance and asking for my Final Pay. I was advised it will not be given to me because of the Training Bond. I did inform them that when i resigned it was pass the 6 month Period. I have called and complained for months and nothing was being done. Until someone from HR heard my case and proved that I should not be charged with the Training Bond. When I talked with accounting, I was informed that I will have to wait still for approval. When I asked if the Final Pay is complete, including the stipulation on the case filed against me, that for the time i was suspended, i will be paid, till the time the resolution was out. Accounting told me that they don't know about it and I still have to wait. I have been waiting for 6 months now.

What would be my right for the Unduly Dismissal?

What should I do if the Final Pay did not include the stipulation on the Resolution of the case against me?
