Legal Question in Employment Law in Philippines
i am employed in an in-house call center in the Philippines due to without any reason they dissolve our department just by saying they want the department back in u.s.is that legal? and if no? what we should do? thank you for your answer

Reorganization is legal provided it is in good faith.In case you will be dismissed for redundancy or retrenchment you are entitled to a separation pay.
