Legal Question in Employment Law in Philippines
As an employee, do we have the right to insist to use our leave credits as needed? For example we need to make use of our Sick Leave and we were not allowed to use it instead they put it as Voluntary Time-Out which means instead of paid leave it went to unpaid one. Do we have the right to sue the employer?

Yes, it is your right to make use of it. You can file a case against your employer for money claim.
