Filing of Case for employer, Request for unaquired salary

Gud Pm. May know for what case on Labor and Employment laws can I file for a employer who cant give the benefits and the unaquired salaries of a employee with matured contract and already been deported from abroad. Thank you very much and more power. --name removed--Velasco

The entire Book III of the Labor Code provides you with a list of benefits that employer should give and the entire Book V provides your remedy if benefits not given. Thanks
