Legal Question in Employment Law in Philippines
hi,
i filed a cased against my lawyer and got the final decision from nlrc which i lost after the appeal. i want to file a MR but i can not get in touch with my lawyer anymore through messages and even in his office. can i still file a MR even if its beyond 10 days and can i get a new lawyer and can i asked also for a motion to review and reopen my case against my employer?
