Legal Question in Employment Law in Philippines

Hi!

I'm working in a call center, when I signed the contract it is clearly stated that I will have 5,000 pesos/mo as non taxable allowance aside from my basic salary. It's been 3 months and unfortunately, I'm only receiving 3,000 pesos/ mo as for my non taxable allowance.

I have already talked to one of our HR personnel and all she said that she was really sorry because there was a "mistake" or "typo error" and they can only give 3,000 pesos as non taxable allowance. I said that it was unacceptable and informed her that it is the amount that the manager which we agreed upon during my final interview and that it what stated in my contract.

What can I do regarding this one? It's seems that they are avoiding this concern and they will just let it pass. Can I file a complaint regarding this one? If ever, will my complaint be valid and will I have a high case of winning this?

Hoping for your immediate response.

Thank you and God Bless :)
