Legal Question in Employment Law in Philippines

Hi,

Last March 7, 2011 I signed a contract on companyA that I cannot leave the company for 1 year and 1 month because the company will spend money on my trainings and so if ever I leave the company I will pay 360k php for breaching the contract. so last January 2012 they have given me a training that is worth 88k and it was my first training, they have then release a new policy about training bond and they are now requiring me to sign or pay the contract last march 2 , 2012. what are the grounds I could fight for, and what are the grounds that I could be hitted? Thank you very much

Tell them that you have no financial capacity to post bond and that at the time you joined the training there was no requirement as to the bond. Its up to you if want to sign. But they cannot coerced you.
