Legal Question in Employment Law in Philippines

I would like to know if my husband can still claim the backpays and other benefits from his former employee after the strike?. they been out of work since 2000 because of union labor strike. Some employees had been paid half but most of them not yet receive the said benefits.

whats the best legal action so they can claim the benefits fitted for them?thank you for accomodating me. God Bless..

You can only file a money claim case within 3 years from the accrual of the cause of action. Thus, I am afraid that your case is already barred by prescription.
