Labor case (NLRC Philippines)
What if our attorney did not do his job like making legal papers that the arbiter ask us to submit, but he always ask for money for an alibi of processing fee?

You have to check first on record before the Arbitration Branch of the NLRC whether your counsel did his job in representing you.If not talk to him and demand that he file the necessary pleadings or you have the option to terminate the services and engage a counsel of your own choice.
