Legal Question in Employment Law in Philippines
Im four months pregnant during my training period. will i get terminated because of this? i started the job last October 15, 2012. i was hired august not knowing im 1month pregnant. i signed the contract around september 2012. thanks for the answer. im still on probation period, what happen if i gave birth?

You cannot be discriminated by reason of pregnancy.
