Legal Question in Employment Law in Philippines
On our office we reimburse any dental services as a part of our benefit in our company. For us to reimburse we need to have an offical receipt and dental certificate. However the receipt provided by the dentist is fake. And now my company is filling a legal case on me for providing a falsified document. What should I do about this?
