Legal Question in Employment Law in Philippines

Q> I have a training bond for 1 year and almost finished it if not for the miscalculation, i lack only 2 days. Now they are asking for whole amount of the bond whereas we were clearly told that its going to be pro-rated, however when i checked the contract which i signed, i found no information about the pro-rata. Now the hr who conducted the orientation was denying her statement. What can I do? it seems unfair if I pay the whole amount.

Yes, it is unfair. Don't bother to pay if it is not pro rated.
