Legal Question in Employment Law in Philippines
i signed a binding contract when i was dispatched abroad.the contract does not have exact computation on how much money to be return in case i dont finish the 2yrs binding required to stay in the company. can the company change these computations/ amount anytime they want? even after signing the contract can they just change the amount to be paid anytime?

If the contract was pre-approved by the POEA then your employer cannot just make a computation that is not consistent with the contract. However, if the same was not approved by the POEA then you might be having a problem to compel them to observe what is just and fair.
