Legal Question in Employment Law in Philippines

hi sir. i would like to ask for your advise.regarding my recent job in a big company in riyadh saudi arabia. last aug.24, 2010. i was hired as mechanic for 2yrs as per my contract with 3,240saudi rial total package after a yr they promoted me as quality control without increase in salary but allowance only. before my fnish contract june 16, i filed resignation due to finish contract dated aug.25,2012 and they accepted my letter. my manager asking a favor to conticiously work until the end of aug. while im waiting for my document and my exit visa and money. they give my document sept. 10, 2012 3:00pm my money was also give 4,700saudi rial for my separation fee. and they didn't pay my additional 1 week extension days of work.then after giving my money they urgently inform me that i need to prepare my things because on that evening will be my flight 7:00 pm i must be present in the airport. and they promise to mail my certificate of employment. after a week since i arrived in the philippines. i received my certificate of employment but i was shock when i read my certificate of employment bec. they put note that since i join their company i am not allowed to return in saudi arabia within 3 yrs. i send an email to them and they told me that it is a company policy. but i told them if that is the company policy they must inform me or rather write in my contract. and regarding my separation fee they told me that the computation of resign and computation of finish contract was the same."they always say that i am resign not finish contract" but actually i completed my 2yrs contract as per my contract. but i try to send scan copy of my contract and asking where is the 3yrs policy that htey are telling to me. they are refuse to reply anymore.

i want to ask an advice regarding my case. i want to apply to one of the biggest company in saudi arabia but because of the ban by my previous company its impossible. pls. advise me. thanks and more power.
