I want to sue my employer for bridging of contract, I have been working for 10 months now as regular employee at an international call center here in the Philippines
Upon regularization I am entitled for benefits such us 5k regularization bonus, health insurance with me and dependents how ever untill now I have not got those and I have not even signed my regularization contract...

First try to inquire with your HR as to the delay in the confirmation of your regular status and the fact that you should be enjoying the benefits of being a regular employee by this time. If they did not act on your inquiry then you can initiate a mediation proceedings before the NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS COMMISSION. In case mediation will not work out that would be the time that you file a complaint for regularization before the NLRC.Good luck to you.
