Tax Sheild
What does tax sheild means, is it legal and how will it affect an employees salary?
I see people mostly working in a call center, telling that they have tax sheild of 20% how is this computed in the payroll?Please give an example...thank you

tax shield is a payroll scheme of not declaring the entire amount of salary received and instead providing for allowable and/or deductible expense. Hard to show sample computation. You need to be an accountant or a lawyer to do it.
