Legal Question in Employment Law in Philippines
Hi. I got terminated by my employer last December and I have file for an illegal dismissal case. I am thinking of going for a settlement and was wondering what is the maximum settlement amount i could ask for. Thanks.

There is no maximum amount. However, you cannot ask for the reliefs prayed for in the complaint. Try to consider the offer of your employer and negotiate an additional amount until you meet halfway.
