Legal Question in Employment Law in Philippines
The thing is i already ready resigned last January 31 i gave my resignation in the afternoon, effectively on that day also, supposedly i will receive my salary on January 31 around 3 o'clock in the afternoon before giving my resignation. but the company ask my agency to hold my salary, They are upset because i just gave my resignation to the accounting not on the HR management, what i thought is its okay to resigned without the 15 grease period because i didn't even signed a contract and i am not a regular employee, aside from the salary that i will supposed to received on 31 i got 10 more days the second cut off. which is i think they have the right to hold the 10 more days salary, i want to get my salary on that they, what should i do?
