Legal Question in Employment Law in Philippines

i was working for a bpo company a year ago.I passed my resignation leter however I was not able to have an exit interview and my clearance hasnt been processed till now. can i still process it?or am i tagged terminated?if so,under the philippine law,can i get a separation fee?

Since you resigned you are not entitled to a separation pay.Unless there is a company policy that employees who opted to resign and has rendered a number of years of service are entitled to separation pay. You resigned and not terminated even if no clearance has been processed.
