Legal Question in Employment Law in Philippines
I am working in a private company. I've been connected here for almost 1 year and 6 months. I am earning 12,000 per month and sometimes 3000 incentives for having a 220% no. of calls per month. I resigned immediately because I can no longer work for my son who needs to be taken care of. I remembered that I filed some leaves and its was deducted to my salary but they also deducted from my incentives though they've already deducted it from my salary. Is it fair?

If you do not have any leave credits then the rule is "no work no pay". If the amount deducted has been covered then your employer cannot deduct more than the amount that you did not work for.
