Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Philippines
Atty. good morning/good evening i have some inquiry about our inheritance my grandfather was died a couple years ago late we found out the he had a parcel of land 7.75 hectars then it so happen on my grandfather land ther a certain person occupy without our notice and that land was a coconut land and the person that occupy that property is the one who harvest the entire income of that land,my quetion is what shall we do now as heirs of that property? and what shall we do also for that person who occupy that area? thanks

refer this to the barangay so he can be ejected or you may refer this to the nearest office of DAR.
