Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Philippines
Does my landlady have the right to force evict us even though i have never been delinquent with my dues? her reason for eviction is that she already sold the unit to a third party. also, if she declared the structure is sold to a 3rd party in November 2012 but the final payment will be made by the 28th of february 2013, does she still have the right to demand for rental dues for December up until we leave the property?

If the sale is on installments then ownership will not yet transfer to the new buyer. But you have to verify your landlady's claim.
