Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Philippines
lease contract
is it legal if landlord will charge tenants 2 months advance and 1 month deposit and regarding 1 month deposit is it legal if landlord will not refund that amount if tenant will decide to leave? thanks.

it is legal. what is not legal is when it was not refunded after the lease and if you have no obligation with the Lessor after the lease
