Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Philippines
My sister recently prepared a contract of lease without including all of us as signatories to the contract. DO we have a legal right to make a new contract of lease so that it will reflect all of us siblings as the signatories and not just my sister? What legal remedy could we brothers do so that we get our fair share of the proceeds of the contract of lease? Kindly help us correct a wrong. Thank you. Mr D
