Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Philippines
we are tenants for 22 years..and this time the owner of the land tell us to vacate that place..but we have no papers/contract signed when we start to stay to that place...thank you

if you mean you are renting the place as a residential place the owner has the right to eject you for reasons that they will be needing the place. If there is no contract and you pay month to month then the rental is month to month, if day to day then its day to day, if week to week then its week to week.
