Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Philippines
i am a victim of force entry robbery while occupying a transient room somewhere in baguio philippines. The owner promise to pay half the price of what i've lost. Undertakings had been made by the police but the agreed date passed. I did'nt receive any payment and there's no feedback from them? what should i do??

Write a demand letter to enforce the agreement.If they failed and refused and still failing and refusing to comply then file a case.
