Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Philippines

here in the philippines, my girlfriends sister was diagnosed with a cyst in here uterus. She was hospitalized for about a couple of days with ivs and medications..and then now they tell us it was a false alarm??and we have to pay the bills because they misread the test results?what legal action can we take?

If there is negligence then you can sue for damages.This is a form of malpractice.
