Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Philippines

hi attorney, i need to know if there is a law that children has the right to refuse or not to agree with the parents in selling a property?

my father sell a parcel of land in our neighbor without our knowledge, when i found out i asked him to return the money as i don't want to lessen even a piece of our property, but our neighbor said that they already has a dead of sale, which i don't believe in them because my father said that he did not sign yet a contract.

what i should do to sort out this problem, please advice and more power to you.thank you in advance.

if the property sold by your father was owned by him and your mother then you have no right to interfere. It is your mother who can legally go after the buyer. This is in the absence of her marital consent. Only the share that belongs to your cannot be sold by your father.
