may binenta po kami n lupa 10 years ago,naging hulugan po yun,at hanggang ngayon di pa po tapos bayadan.may kulang pa ho sila n 70,000 pesos.

Yun nalang po kasi ang natitira namin lupa at cannot afford po kami na kumuha ng consultation s lawyer.

If the contract is contract to sell then ownership of the subject property will remain to the seller in view of the buyer's failure to pay the whole amount as agreed upon. Then you can still recover the property and file an action to rescind the contract (this is on the assumption that prescription did not set in).
